Dr. Malwinder Singh Malhi is a third-generation farmer from Punjab, India, with 40+ years of experience in agriculture and farmer-focused technology adoption, including more than three decades working with farmers through his leadership and industry experience. He is an agriculture consultant, global trainer and AI-in-Agriculture expert, promoting the practical use of AI, digital technologies, climate-smart and regenerative agriculture to improve farm productivity, profitability and resilience. He is Secretary General of the Borlaug Farmers Association for South Asia (BFASA) and an active member of the Australia-India Hub, with a strong focus on connecting farmers, scientists, entrepreneurs and youth. His passion is to empower the next generation of farmers and agripreneurs through innovation, knowledge sharing and global collaboration.
