Judith De Vor

Judith de Vor is a dairy farmer from the Netherlands. With her family, Judith represents the fifth generation on the family farm, Elihoeve. The farm is known for a clear vision on sustainability, regenerative practices, prioritizing animal welfare, soil health, and environmental stewardship, and includes an educational building and a small farm shop. The farm welcomes thousands of visitors annually - from school classes, international farmers to politicians. The milk is being processed with their coop Friesland Campina. Judith joined the Global Farmer Network in 2022. Judith is involved in several agricultural boards and advisory committees, and organizer of national events. She is a speaker and a (inter)national columnist. The main topics Judith speaks about are innovations in agriculture, regenerative agriculture, empowerment and policies. She has a special interest in empowerment and a passion for supporting other farmers and recently launched the first Dutch mentoring program for female farmers in 2025. Judith was rewarded as an international Nuffield farming scholar (2020), is an ambassador for Team Agro NL, She holds degrees in Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, and Agribusiness, and has participated in numerous agronomy, animal science, and leadership programs.
