When I joined the Global Farmer Network, I never imagined where the experience would take me. It has connected me with farmers from around the world, broadened my perspective on agriculture, and given me opportunities to learn, share, and grow.
From conversations with fellow farmers to speaking on global stages, I've seen firsthand how valuable it is when farmers are part of important discussions about food, agriculture, sustainability, and innovation. Our experiences matter, and our voices can make a difference.
Yet many farmers face barriers to participating. Travel costs and time away from the farm can make it difficult for even the most qualified voices to be present when opportunities arise.
That's why I'm proud to support the Global Farmer Network's Founding Farmers Fund.
The Fund helps make participation possible by covering expenses such as travel, visas, and other logistical costs. It enables more farmers from around the world to share their experiences, represent their communities, and contribute to conversations that shape the future of agriculture.
Every gift, regardless of size, helps create opportunities for another farmer to say "yes" when the chance comes to represent agriculture on a global stage.
