What If Her Harvest Changes Everything?

Jana Gaebert is Managing Director for Livestock at Agrargenossenschaft Trebbin eg in Brandenburg. Part of a three-person leadership team, she helps run a cooperative that farms roughly 4,000 hectares, keeps dairy and suckler herds, and employs around 120 people.
An agricultural scientist by training, she holds a Masters of Science in crop science from Humbolt-Universität zu Berlin and has been part of the Trebbin business since 2010. Her work sits where modern dairy production, crop farming, biodiversity, and business leadership meet.
She speaks and writes regularly on East German agriculture, the international teams many farms depend on, women in leadership, and food security. She is a member of the Global Farmer Network and the Ökoprogressives Netzwerk, and in 2025 was awarded the Professor Niklas Medal, the German agriculture ministry's highest distinction.

Jia-Chi 'Tiana' Yang is an action-oriented Agri-Tech CEO, Founder, First-Generation Farmer, and Plant Pathologist with over 14 years of experience in plant biotechnology and commercial agriculture, demonstrating applied expertise in plant tissue culture, clean-stock seed technology, and climate-resilient crop production. Currently, she leads specialized farming facilities totaling 7,932 m², with an annual production capacity of more than 2.6 million seedlings. She is internationally recognized through the APEC Best Award (2019), AWE Women's Entrepreneurship Academy (2023), and membership in the Global Farmer Network (2025).
