For Dan Kelley, farming is both a family tradition and a lifelong commitment to agriculture. Based in Normal, Illinois, he helps lead Kelley Farms, a 3,400-acre corn and soybean operation alongside his brothers, son, and nephew.
Beyond the farm, Dan is a dedicated leader in the agricultural community. He serves on the Global Farmer Network Board of Directors, where he chairs the Audit & Finance Committee and serves as treasurer. His leadership experience spans production agriculture, agricultural cooperatives, agribusiness, and corporate governance.
His passion for agriculture began in 4-H and continues today through decades of volunteer service supporting youth, education, and local agriculture in Illinois. Through his work on and off the farm, Dan remains committed to strengthening agriculture and supporting the next generation of agricultural leaders.
