He and his team spent over a decade standardizing high‑value tropical crops—like cardamom and black pepper—and launched their first commercial unit in 2025. Over the next 3–5 years, Prabhu aims to build self‑sustaining verticals that integrate production, processing, and market access, with proximity farming near consumption centers—starting with table‑top vegetables and turmeric.
