About
I am engineer turned farmer and farming for the last 35 plus years on our family farm. Cultivate paddy or corn followed with vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, brinjal, tomato etc. also maintain a mango and guava orchard. After the vegetables we plant either sesame or pulses like green gram and black gram. I love to read and listen to music. Farming gives me an energy as we face constant challenges and satisfaction of producing food for humanity. Have a small apiary with 50 bee boxes. Madhavan has several patents for farmer-friendly farm tools, conducts workshops that encourage entrepreneurs to take up agriculture as a profession.
