Luiz and Flavia Saldanha are Agronomical Engineers and produce high-quality Arabica coffee on Fazenda California (California Coffee Estates) in the Norte Pioneiro do Parana region of Brazil.  Recognized as one of the leading examples of environmentally and socially conscious agribusiness in Brazil. Recovered farmland, that was degraded because of sugar cane production, now grows soy, corn, wheat and coffee. Received award for the best coffee quality in Parana State and Brazil. Globo Rural magazine named California Coffee Estates one of the five most sustainable large farms in Brazil, recognized for our strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility.
