About
My family owns a cattle ranch for meat production and breeding located in San Pedro, in a town called Pindoty covering an area of 200 hectares. Breeding and fattening are carried out in natural fields, where pastures are also cultivated for their feed. Additionally, through the university, we provide assistance to the El Triunfo community located in Alto Paraná, where vegetables, legumes, and fruits are grown using organic practices, such as alternatives to chemicals for pest and disease control. We also use native seeds for cassava and some corn production. However, for bell peppers and tomatoes, GMO materials are used. I am passionate about working in sustainable agriculture with the use of technology and innovation. Along with farming, I work at a private company called Agrofertil SA, which collaborates with farmers and provides technical assistance services. I am interested in working on issues such as the incorporation of sustainable agriculture in a timely manner, with the addition of technologies and innovation such as IoT, artificial intelligence, and all available methods to make agriculture more environmentally friendly.
