Ayse Oksuz

Ayse Oksuz is a first generation Turkish dairy farmer who grew a two cow start into a recognized Jersey genetics and dairy brand in Eskisehir. Her operation uses calf feeder robots and genomic testing with hands on care, producing quality milk and quality heifers. Through social media and community outreach, Ayse challenges outdated views of farming and highlights the role of modern technology. Over the next 3–5 years, she plans to scale her branded dairy products, secure land for feed, and integrate embryo production to elevate herd genetics and efficiency.
