About
Dairy farmer with my family in central Mexico. I am a fifth generation farmer, milking around 440 Holstein cows, with an annual average production of 38 kg per cows per day. I am also a grower of corn, triticale, wheat, rye grass, barley, sorghum, on a total of 40 ha, with a drip irrigation system with fertirrigation. I joined the GFN in 2020. I am a consultant for other dairy farmers, regarding feeding management, health, and production, and a data analyst in these areas. I have a Masters Degree in Animal Production, from the University of Valencia, Spain.
